Through Sickness & HEALTH


So I've been a little M.I.A.

I'm down to Juicing, fruits, Veggies,& Meat. No FATS, SUGARS, & DAIRY! (BASICALLY NO MORE GOOD STUFF!) You guessed it.. I've got to have My Gall Bladder REMOVED/CUT OUT!

THE PAIN.. Literally was WORSE than The 1 CONTRACTION I experienced. ( Before My EMERGENCY C-Section. DON'T Judge Me!) 

Either way it's amazing how even in a painful way My Life just keeps leading Me back to This Lifestyle! "I won't complain though!"  


So there's a FEW FACTS I know about Juicing (FRUITS & VEGGIES)

1. Living off of Fruits & Veggies after a Month (or so) sets Your BODY back to It's Original state. Honestly the way God intended; Us Living off "The Land". 

      
~ Sickness becomes less of issue. (if 1 @ all)
~The skin becomes clear & glowing.   
~ Juicing helps to fight off Imflammation                               
                ~ Juices are high in ANTI-OXIDANTS & contain a ton of SUPERFOODS; therefore aiding in The help to FIGHT CANCER.
~ Not a complete Fruits & Veggies DIET is recommended b/c certain Meats do hold PROTEIN that We need in Our DIETS.
~ & honestly 2 to 3 lbs. daily is about all you need to worry about consuming 

2. The intake of 2 to 3 lbs of Fruits & Veggies" daily HELPS to maintain a HEALTHY Weight, aids in loosing weight, & LEANS You out. ( Meaning sheds the FAT off.) 
             ~ & I speak this from Personal Testimony. I went through a COMPLETE Winter w/ NOT 1 single work, & I promise it was thee best I'd ever looked. Fat shed off of muscles I had no idea where still there. (I was HOT)
